This USED to be a good company. I'm not sure what happened... I've been without internet for 5 days with no explanation, they won't answer phones, and won't return calls (you're immediately directed to a voicemail instructing you to leave your info and someone will return your call). There was a time when you could reach a tech even after hours and work toward a resolution... Even if the tech couldn't get things going over the phone, there was at least assurance that the problem had been reported... Because of lack of communication, I'm not even sure they're aware of the problem occurring in our area. I know for a fact that multiple customers are affected.

Update: Still isn’t better! Internet has been down for 4 days. No warning. Not Notice. Day 2 got a email. They know it’s down but doesn’t know when it will be fixed. 2nd email says the same. Call to inquire, can’t talk to a person. Asked to leave a voicemail and it will be returned in 24 hours. I’ve called twice. No one has returned my call. Presently looking for another internet source. I don’t recommend Cloudwyze- Nash County. Great when it works BUT not reliable or dependable. Currently on a 7 day outage. Not great if you’re a remote worker

This is a great internet service. We moved into Nashville, North Carolina and needed a reliable internet. The first company was terrible, slow speeds, constant interruptions, and terrible customer service. Cloudwyze promised a reliable speed and less downtime. Over a year now and they have exceeded their promises. Streaming is great and home wifi too. When the service went down a couple of times - they quickly responded, yes THEY responded, so I did not have too. Their customer service is great. Cannot say enough about how good the service is - you should try them and you will be satisfied. I have not questioned the service once, very happy with the price too.

UPDATE: I received an email on July 16, 2025 from Cloudwyze CEO stating that in 2 weeks their service will be shutting down. So now I'm left searching for an Internet provider which are very limited where I live. This used to be a great company. Internet was stable enough to work from home. Now My internet is not stable, constantly drops, or is slow. I've sent 1 support ticket and called 4 times, the 1st and 2nd call I did spoke to someone and said they are looking into the issue and will call back, which never happened. The 3rd and 4th call, I couldn't speak to anyone it went directly to voicemail. The internet is good when is working. If I pay monthly for a service I expect that service to be working. Is sad that rural areas have limited options for internet service. Excellent service. Only provider in Zebulon NC rural area was AT&T DSL (not offered to new clients) I was left without internet service. Fortunately Cloudwyze started their internet service in this area. I can't complain. Internet service is stable and for the price is great! If there's any issues tech support responds quickly.
